Children’s Helpers

As a church we are at an important and exciting juncture as we plot our way out of lockdown and begin planning for the future. Prior to lockdown, we had seen a good growth in number of people attending our churches and an increase in interest from young families as a result of some of the things were were developing for young people and families. The pandemic halted much of that, but we are now looking to rebuild much of this.

Essential to this re-build will be volunteers to help us with our children and families work. Might this be You? We would love to find a couple of people with a passion for working with children who could help us design, run and lead our Children’s provision at Forest Church and our Intergenerational Family Services, but we are also open to other ideas too. We also have aspirations to begin offering regular holiday clubs. The commitment does not have to be much (we are flexible and can arrange this to suit you).

So if you’d like to help your local church begin building for its bright future, have a passion for young people and would be wiling to offer a little of your time and talents, then please do get in touch.

Contact or for further information.

Because we take the health and safety of our young people extremely seriously, these vacancies will be subject to all the appropriate levels of DBS check and references, dependent upon the level of involvement envisaged.
