Have you ever seen the lovely flowers in our churches and thought “I wish I could do that”? – Well now is your chance! All you have to do is love flowers and enjoy sharing their beauty with everyone in our sacred and special places in Boxford, Edwardstone, Groton, Little Waldingfield and Newton. We need people with a love of beautiful flowers to come forward to try their hand at decorating our gorgeous church.
You do not have to be a member of the congregation or a florist or have a Gold medal from the RHS! If your garden is popping with colour right now, you will feel the joy and want to share it. All we ask is that you bring the flowers, and we will supply all the other things you need. Support will be available for beginners and those who need a bit of confidence.
We are looking for people who are willing to put their names down for a fortnightly slot once or twice a year and to get together with the other volunteers for special times to dress the church like Easter, Harvest Festival and Christmas. We would love to welcome more volunteers.
